I was so excited to be riding my first electric hybrid bike. I took it out 2.5 miles from my house for its maiden voyage and the rear derailleur snapped in half. Fortunately the electric motor got me home. I genuinely loved the way the bike rode up until it broke. It is a bit on the heavy side and harder to pedal with assist off. Now it¡¯s a matter of how they handle customer service. The bike felt like a good quality bike out of the box and was easy to assemble. Their customer support was exceptional and they sent me a new derailleur and all the tools I would need to replace it. An hour later and a couple YouTube videos and she was all fixed up. Great bicycle, a blast too ride. I am looking forward to putting many more miles on it. Highly recommend this bike and great customer service!

Bike looks clean, rides smooth, good battery life, responds when peddling with assist mode or even just pressing the throttle. It’s well built and very easy to assemble.
My ONLY personal gripe was the forward(white) reflector that was included doesn’t have a good spot to mount without making other items uncomfortable on the handlebars (I have to have it on to ride this bike where I want to). I don’t think this is worth taking a star away because the rest of the bike genuinely makes up for it.

I rode 12 miles around town happy with peddle assist not knowing I could increase speed by pushing plus arrow. I was up to 32mphs!!!

This bike was easy to put together and the instructions are first rate. Quality of the the bike is exceptional. Even the de-railer was was tuned perfectly. The reason I purchased the bike was that in my area there are nothing but hills with very few flats and this bike performs excellently. Although the bike is heavy it performs very well and the fact that it is a fat bike I can take off into the woods with no problems. Very comfortable to ride. If you are thinking about purchasing one all I can say is do it.

The bike is a beast.the hard part was unpacking ..came with tools and easy instructions..It is very fast and comfortable.Rode it to the gym and two other members bought one.also added the fender kit kinda expensive but nice..misplaced some parts and customer service was very responsive and sent the missing fender parts.love this bike for the price it was worth it..

This is a great e bike. It¡¯s well built and rides very nice! I¡¯m waiting on a part from them, and I¡¯m guessing it¡¯s coming from China as it¡¯s been a while but I¡¯m just leaving the key in it while I ride it for now!

I am pleased with this bike, being that I’m 6’1″ and 265 and trying to get in shape. This bike helps me on country roads with hills. I am 47 and this makes biking fun again with the pedal assit. Of course time will tell, but I am happy with everything about this bike so far. Not one complaint from me on this.

My bike came in the mail yesterday. Initial charge took a few hours. Putting the bike together was super easy and took about 30 minutes.
After the initial charge, I took the bike out and rode 10 miles in less than 20 minutes with minimal effort on peddle assist mode and still had 75% charge remaining. The bike is super smooth and I feel like it is a quality bike. I will update this review as time goes on as I will be using this bike daily for commuting to work.
If you¡¯re thinking about an ebike that is fast and looks good, this is the one for you.

It¡¯s a fun little commuter bike. Throttle only will do 19.6 mph and peddle assist I got it up to 34 mph. I am 5¡¯10 and weigh 150 pounds.
