Best value I could find. Spent weeks looking at dozens of other brands. None compare to price with name brand parts. Bafang motor, Shimano shifter, Kendra tires, Samsung battery. Front suspension and hydraulic brakes. Super happy!!!! So much fun for this 58 year old. Works exactly as described. I highly recommend. Will be purchasing another this spring for wife. The Build Back Better bill going through Congress now. If passed as written has a30% tax credit for ebikes with 750 watts or less.

I love riding this bike. It¡¯s a smooth ride. I weigh about 250 and 6¡¯1¡± and the power of this bike does not lag. I pedal most of the time and use assist pedal when I have to pull hills. Riding a bike is fun again.

I bought this because my jetson e bike was slow and had a short range. This velowave is worth every penny. I’ve had it a week and in the p.a.s. mode it easily goes 32mph. I had it up to 36 mph on a slight decline with very little effort. The bike looks better than the picture. I’m so very happy with this!

Great value for the money and I really enjoyed riding it once,, but it has an Achilles heal. The latch to release the battery is made of cheap plastic and it literally broke the first time I tried to remove the battery. I provided a picture. This small but crucial piece should have been made of metal. I am giving a two star rating for this serious design flaw, but may upgrade later depending on how customer service responds. Don’t purchase until I post an update on what to expect.
UPDATE they sent the broken part after reading my review and even before I contacted them directly. It arrived a couple days later.. Superior customer service! Definite 5 star rating
